Service Sales Administrator

job descriptionWe are looking for an administrator with experience within a service sales administration environment and ideally a background in telesales. The successful candidate will have the ability to work without close supervision, be able to prioritise their own workload whilst ensuring a strong customer focus is maintained. Responsible for various administrative tasks including collating statistics, producing tender documents and proposals, completing Approved Contractor Application Forms following up enquires from customers, arranging appointments and keeping the field based sales team informed. You will also assist with data entry for national accounts and new contracts and support other areas of the administration unit so a flexible and adaptable approach is imperative. Ideally you will have worked in a busy team environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical accompanied by numeracy and analytical skills. Time Management skills & flexibility to be able to meet deadlines is a requirement. The successful applicant will also be a confident IT user able to demonstrate the skills with Microsoft word/excel, Power Point and outlook. The Territory Salesperson would ideally live within the Sales Territory. A full UK driving license is necessary for this position.
